At Ethereal, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator with a passion for purposeful work and a keen ability to keep things running smoothly. Our ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our daily operations, from coordinating events to managing inventory, ensuring the heart of Ethereal beats effortlessly. You'll help maintain a harmonious flow between all aspects of the business while contributing to an environment of creativity and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Admin & Operations Support: Handle daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, paperwork, and scheduling.

  • Product & Inventory Management: Oversee product entries, track inventory, and ensure stock levels are maintained.

  • Website Management: Update and manage the Wix website with product listings, events, and promotions.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing in-store events, workshops, and collaborations.

  • Community & Client Communication: Manage client inquiries and direct messages across multiple platforms.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Input data into systems, monitor event logistics, and track operational efficiency.

  • Partnership & Collaboration Support: Help coordinate partnerships and support PR efforts, gift boxes, and influencer collaborations.

  • Errands & Logistics: Run errands as needed, assist with store organization and product displays.

  • Content Support: Assist with content creation for social media, emails, and events as needed.

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • Experience: 2+ years in operations, admin, or a similar role (retail/wellness a plus).

  • Type-A Organization: Exceptionally organized with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks seamlessly in a dynamic environment.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and alignment, particularly in inventory and event execution.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Wix, Google Suite, and project management tools.

  • Clear Communicator: Thoughtful, effective communication with team, clients, and partners.

  • Event Coordination: Passion for creating impactful, transformative experiences.

  • Problem-Solver: Calm and creative when navigating challenges and finding solutions.

  • Customer-Centric: Heart-centered approach to service, ensuring guests feel valued and supported.

  • Collaborative: Team-oriented with a flexible, adaptable mindset.

  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: Anticipates needs and takes initiative to keep things flowing.
